Singgah Hotel Seminyak

We stay here every time we’re on Bali. Big , spacious rooms, clean, nice pool to cool down, central to everything, and quiet because it’s not right on the street and tucked behind a small Balinese temple. The staff are all very friendly and helpful! And they have the best pillows ever! Great place!

Checked in to a room with a nasty dirty bathroom which set the vibe off for the rest of the stay in this so called "hotel". Went down to talk to them about it. Guy came up and wiped it and left. The room reeked of pee smell. Location is good. Bed sheets are old stained and had holes in them. Wouldn’t recommend. For the same price you can find way better!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS – TOTAL SCAMMERS! This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any hotel. They fraudulently charged me three times for a single booking, then flat-out ignored me when I tried to resolve it. I had booked an extra night to check in early after a long-haul flight. They confirmed this arrangement—only to cancel my booking while I was literally in transit. Once I arrived and explained the situation, they reluctantly rebooked me on the spot. The next day, after checking out, I was hit with a third charge. When I contacted them, they gave me the classic runaround—first claiming it was a “pre-authorisation” (despite already having charged me) and promising a refund. Days later, all charges went through, and suddenly they stopped answering entirely. No responses to calls, emails, or messages through Booking.com. To make matters worse, they lied to Booking.com, claiming I was a no-show. I had to dispute everything through my bank to claw my money back. This place is a disgrace. Their conduct is dishonest, unprofessional, and borderline criminal. Do not risk your time, money, or sanity—stay literally anywhere else.
