Best hotel in Hanoi! Really friendly and welcoming people and the rooms are really clean and with AC. They help you to prepare any trips or tips to do in Hanoi. Rooftop has a beautiful view too

Nice and affordable hotel located in the old quarter, very close to the Train street (5 min walk) and the night market, easy pickup point for the tour buses, has good Indian restaurants nearby, clean rooms, very hospitable staff. Special thanks to Richard (Front Desk) - very decent, kind and helpful, gave us a warm welcome, explained about the different tours available and also gave us good travel guidance/advice in Hanoi regarding dealing with the local vendors, crossing roads, etc.

Avoid This Place! (In line with many other negative reviews). Definitely not worth the money! I’ve traveled to over 36 countries, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays I’ve experienced. Positives: • Friendly staff • Good location (though extremely noisy) Negatives: • Rooms are very noisy (doors don’t close properly, so sound comes through the balcony and entrance) • Outdated interior, especially the bathroom • Dirty sheets • Mediocre breakfast (an attempt at both local and Western options, but the selection is limited and doesn’t seem fresh) The Worst Part: I trusted their laundry service with my sensitive linen clothing, only to receive them back shrunk and ruined—a total loss of around 5 million VND. First, my pants were even missing and „replaced“ by similar looking ones.. some hours later I got them back, completely ruined. Initially, they offered 1 million VND in compensation, but later insisted they wouldn’t go beyond 10 times the washing fee (1.6 million VND), claiming they aren’t responsible for loss or damage, especially since the clothes were “already worn.” Final Verdict: If you enjoy sleepless nights, mediocre food, and poor service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. P.S. The “free airport shuttle” only applies to select room types, making the listing misleading. Tip: Skip the hassle and take a Grab for 300k VND—it’s much better.
