Room view nice....pool view awesome....jacuzzi was goood...service was good.... Club was next , casino was in hotel premises ...fort aguada and beach were at walking distance.... Recommended for a 3-4 day trip
Pathetic service from hotel management. 1. Booked suites, water from AC was leaking throughout, they never got it fixed, instead hotel recommended weather is nice please manage. 2. Phone did not work throughout 3 days of stay no one came to fix it inspire of several reminders 3. Breakfast was real bad and tasteless 4. When asked for 4 glasses staff replied, we just have 3 and can’t provide more 5. Stopped residents not to park car inside due to club rush throughout Friday 6 music was loud the entire night which disturbed sleep pattern 7. Physical Fights outside casino easily visible Highly recommend not to. Visit
We have booked luxury deluxe room but ambiance was not that good also in jacuzzi there is no hot water , lots of commitment is not getting full filed once you check in
