Sir Christopher Wren Hotel

Treated my friend for afternoon tea to celebrate her birthday. The place was beautiful and we got seated by the window overlooking the river. The staff were very friendly and polite and made us feel so welcomed. The food was beautifully presented and the sandwiches were soft and delicious, we were asked if we liked more but wanted to enjoy the pastries and warm scones that were so tasty and lovingly made. The highlight was the waiters and waitresses coming out with a treat singing happy birthday to my friend, which really touched her and made it so special. Thank you for all the love and care shown. Will be recommending to friends & family.

My wife and I had a wonderful two nights at the Sir Christopher Wren on July 3 to July 5. It is located in a very beautiful location next to the river and conveniently close to the Windsor & Eton train station. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We were especially appreciative of Kyle at reception who assisted us with making sure we were happy with our room choice. His customer service was exceptional. The rooms are of a high standard and very clean. The restaurant and bar staff were also outstanding and made sure we had everything we needed. We thought the food quality and selection was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are on the small side but are comfortable and clean. Breakfasts are great and the restaurant has a great variety of tasty food. The views of the river from the hotel are also good. Overall a pleasant and good experience. The only negative and this depends on the room allocated, there are loads of stairs in the hotel and no elevator/lift. This must be considered when booking.
