Sir Savigny Hotel part of Sircle Collection

Great locations but rooms really need an upgrade/ remodel. Pillows are not great either but beds are generally comfortable. Front desk stuff is not warm and friendly. They do their job but without any effort or a smile. We met various staff and they were all the same. Average hotel in a great location. Nothing to majorly complain about but meh.

The room is charming and truely a Design Hotel. The location is good, right next to a train station. The service from reception was the worst though. I agree with others who write here about the service. It's terrible and lousy! They show no interest at all. The woman ( dark hair) was ok and trying but the guy was weird. He doesn't smile, doesn't talk and feels like he's racist to be honest. Not good at all. I wish they were a little more welcoming and friendly, especially since they work in the hotel industry where service is the focus. Nothing wrong with the hotel but there's something strange about the staff at reception. The guy who works at night was friendlier though. Edit: The blond receptionist is lovely and she’s super friendly!

Basically no service, reception friendly but someone random, very hard to identify staff and distinguish them from guests, not even name tags. Breakfast room looks more like a place to slaughter cows then to have breakfast, room is very small for being that pricey, robes are fancy but highly uncomfortable
