Sirarun Resort

At outset, you need a car to get here, but there is a new train station very close by that will be opening soon.. That said, this a really beautiful resort. A lot of thought went into the design, pool and landscaping. The rooms are huge and the bathroom is equally huge. The restaurant is lovely and a nice buffet breakfast served. If you like swimming laps this pool is long and perfect. The beach is just in front of the pool. I will definitely stay here again when in the area. The only negative is the drinks are quite expensive and they don't offer a Happy Hour. Not a deal breaker.

We stayed at Sirarun Resort for 10 nights and it was absolute paradise! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The receptionists were incredibly warm and helpful, and the staff across the entire resort—from housekeeping to the restaurant —went above and beyond every single day. Our oceanfront villa was amazing—clean, spacious, and perfectly positioned right by the beach. We had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for our family of 4. The restaurant food was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options and something for everyone, including our 5 and 7 year-old. Every meal felt like a treat. The pools were fantastic—perfectly maintained, relaxing for adults, and fun for kids too. We felt so well taken care of and genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Sirarun Resort is hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Can’t wait to return!

A mid week three night relaxing escape. Somewhat remote and having your own transport makes things a lot easier. The excellent staff made our stay very enjoyable. Located right on the beach and having an excellent swimming pool it makes for a relaxing getaway and you do not have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. The villa was large and well appointed. There is a good internet and the tv had local and international channels. On this occasion we had booked a pool view suite villa. The large bathroom included a bathtub and separate shower. The bed had a typical Thai style firm mattress although not the “plank” hardness you will find in cheaper hotels. The sitting room was also spacious and there was a small selection of free snacks and soft drinks in the fridge. The swimming pools are either side of the pool bar and the children’s section has two depths. The adult pool was deep and long enough to have a proper swim. The resort is next to the beach and it is easy to swim in the sea. Kayaks and bicycles are available at the resort however I do not know if the bikes can be taken outside of the resort. The nearest village is over 5km away so may be beyond the casual cyclist. There is plenty of parking available and a charge point for EV’s. Overall if you are looking to have a peaceful escape from the city and not looking for nightlife this is an excellent place to stay and is highly recommended. The staff were excellent throughout and made us feel very welcome.
