Hi, I recently stayed at the Sirena Hotel and here are my personal impressions: The hotel is located on the grounds of the Fantazia Hotel – they operate together. The area is beautiful and spacious. It's about 10–100 meters from Sirena to the sea, depending on where your room is. Based on what I saw and felt, I wouldn't recommend this place for young people – there’s no sense of energy or excitement here. Everything feels the same, especially the drinks – bartenders make cocktails however they want, with no clear standards. The food in the restaurant is tasty and there's a wide variety, but it felt repetitive after a while. There’s a limited selection of entertainment. Maybe the hotel is still new or developing, but they should definitely add more games and fun activities. Housekeeping operates without a fixed schedule – they might come at 8 a.m. or as late as 3 p.m. Overall rating: 3 out of 5 stars.

Apparently this is a 5 star property. The Customer service is not more than 3. They truły should start coaching their staff starting with welcome, their bartenders should learn basics, housekeeping not to discuss towels exchange. Rooms and facilities are nice and have a lot of potential. Drinks, also soft drinks are very bad. They ask their customers to pay for bottled water, that should be standard on all inclusive option in Egypt. Location in the middle of nowhere. I came back tired of this experience.

I strongly advise against choosing Serena Beach Resort. My experience at this hotel was deeply unsatisfactory. The most disturbing aspect was the cold, often hostile attitude of the staff, particularly toward families with children. The hotel has a strictly closed beach and adults-only pool area — so closed, in fact, that even walking past it with a child is prohibited. I understand and respect the idea of having quiet zones for adults. However, extending such rigidity to the main public pool is simply unacceptable. Together with several other families (children aged 5–12), we were told to leave the jacuzzi area of the public pool based on a false complaint from an older guest. The children were calm and respectful, but the staff didn’t care — they sided without listening and treated us with disrespect. Another major issue: location. The resort is located 300 km from Hurghada Airport, meaning a transfer of over 4.5 hours. The surroundings offer nothing of interest: no activities, no shops, no nightlife. Entertainment at the hotel is minimal, dull, or nonexistent, unless the owner happens to be present. What makes the experience even more confusing is that it’s completely unclear who this hotel is for: • Families with children are met with restrictions and cold treatment. • Young guests find no entertainment or energy. • Elderly travelers face long travel distances and poor access. Yes, the food is good and the territory is clean and close to the sea — but that does not compensate for the deeply flawed guest experience. The atmosphere is tense, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. The final straw was hearing a staff member named Ala say, “I don’t care if you come back.” This level of disregard is exactly how a hotel loses its reputation — and this one already has.
