Amazing hotel which has really impressed on our visit in May, following other trips in past years. Service was fantastic, every single member of staff was keen to help. Food was lovely, so much choice and different every night. We were given a family room in the garden which was lovely, loads of wardrobe space and comfy furnishings. I had to ask for the mini bar and toiletries to be refreshed but this was done immediately. We played golf at both the Pasha and Sultan courses which were lovely with a regular shuttle bus available from reception for the 5 min transfer. The new poolside bar was perfect with live music and a fab atmosphere. We were a large group of golfers, all ages and everyone had a fantastic time!

I had an unforgettable stay at Sirene Belek, it was really a one of a kind experience. The food offered great diversity. The shawarma at the beach restaurant was especially tasty! I also loved the fact that cocktails and beverages were also included in the All In option. The beach was lovely and very clean. The day activities such as yoga and aqua biking were fun, and the night shows were very entertaining. The staff was very welcoming. The only thing I would recommend would be to improve the housekeeping service.

This wasn’t my first time visiting Sirene Belek, and I was happy to see that the rooms had been renovated. We stayed in one of the newly designed family rooms, which was definitely a nice upgrade from our previous stay in the older rooms. The new design was modern, comfortable, and well-suited for families. However, there were several areas that need improvement. First, the cleanliness — both in the room and around the hotel — was not up to standard. Housekeeping needs more attention to detail. The staff also didn’t come across as very friendly or welcoming, which impacted the overall experience. The food was another weak point. The beach restaurant served the same menu every day, which got boring quickly. The main restaurant was a bit better, but still nothing special — variety and taste could be much improved. As for the kids club, I was quite disappointed. It wasn’t clean, the toys were very old, and the activities weren’t suitable for younger children like mine (3 years and 20 months old). I expected more care and thought in this area, especially for a family-oriented hotel. On a positive note, the night shows were fun and entertaining — a nice way to end the day. In summary, while the hotel offers a family-friendly setup and newly renovated rooms, it really needs improvement in cleanliness, food quality, staff hospitality, and children’s activities to meet the expectations of returning guests.
