We spent 7 days at this hotel on an all-inclusive holiday and we were very happy with our stay! The biggest highlight was definitely the food – it was absolutely delicious. Every day there was something different, always fresh and tasty. Between the main meals, you could enjoy great pizza or order a pita with gyros – so good! There were also tasty, natural ice creams (not artificial) and a popcorn machine, which was a hit especially with the kids. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, cleaned daily with fresh towels provided every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and well-kept, with everything in order. There were lots of families with children, so the atmosphere was warm and family-friendly. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great food and good service!
We spent there five days in July 2025. We initially picked this hotel because it seemed to be family friendly and overall, we were pleased with our stay, though some things could be improved with seemingly little effort. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the solid baby cot added next to the bed. The design of the room could be better thought out, as a bright low hanging lamp was shining directly into a mirror. It was easy to get blinded by it as it reflected in the mirror, and equally easy to bump your head into it (or, again, into the mirror). It was okay to move around with the stroller, generally, but our room was accessible only via the stairs and it was also difficult to navigate the stroller around the sunbeds if we had to cross through the pool area. The pools were great - both the adult and baby ones - and we enjoyed them a lot. My husband appreciated the pool service, too. The food was alright and a high number of baby high chairs was available to pick from. One thing I didn't like was the fact that once the restaurant was closed, you lose the access to lactose free or vegan milk options and can only make your coffee with regular milk. Lactose free ones were available inside the restaurant and not next to the coffee machines. It would be easy to move them all together - I missed out on some coffee because of that. We were a bit lost as to what events would take place at the hotel. There's no schedule anywhere in a visible place and we only found out one small faded ad in the restaurant area, which didn't make a welcoming impression. The staff are very diligent and friendly. The lady at the reception desk, Kiki, who was responsible for our check-in, was extremely welcoming and friendly. We also really appreciated the daily help from the cleaning staff, especially Katarina responsible for our room - she was a real star! Overall, it's a solid 4 stars. We would come back again - the stay was enjoyable and only small issues could be improved.
My 4th holiday in Greece, my 3rd holiday on the island of Crete and it cannot be compared to my other holidays, I give it 2 stars. It has a good location. The food and taste are weak. The staff should be more cheerful. It should be made more suitable for children. I counted the hours for the 10-day holiday to end. The activities offered in the evening were not bad.
