I recently took spinning classes at SIRO with Ahmed and Hanan, and it was a fantastic experience. Both trainers are super professional, energetic, and motivating. The sessions were intense but enjoyable, and they really know how to push you while keeping the vibe fun. Highly recommend joining their classes if you’re looking for results and a great atmosphere. Keep up the amazing work!

My stay at SIRO was so lovely. All employees are so attentive, special thanks to Ali and Chen for making my stay so memorable!! 🫶🏻 When I first arrived I was greeted and shown around all the facilities with such joy, you can really see how most employees are really passionate about the hotel’s philosophy/gym’s philosophy. The gym is never overpopulated and having tried a variety of classes I can say they are so good!! The coaches are very enthusiastic and love what they do. The rooms are very spacious, and have everything you could need. The snack and beverage variety is great, I was surprised to find some things that I would not deem “healthy” but as that might be subjective for some people I don’t include that in my overall rating. Breakfast offers many options, but again, in my opinion, not every option was exactly my idea of healthy and nutritious but I think that is a subjective topic (speaking as a vegan but NOT stating all non-vegan food is unhealthy, it is more about the presence of seed oils). They had so many juice and smoothie options which was really great, I have never seen that in a hotel before. The vegan protein and normal protein powder they use is simple and quite clean (minimal ingredients, etc.) and tastes great (I can only state for the vegan one)! I loved that they had an ice plunge, their sauna and steam room are under renovation so you had to use the one from the longevity hub which is fine but it caused me to only visit once as it was just a bit inconvenient. The Tapasake pool was also under renovation which I was a bit sad about as I was looking forward to visiting but hopefully it will be ready for my next visit. The room cleaner, Chen, was so great and very attentive, always saw what I liked to use the most (e.g type of tea, water, sanitizing wipes) and always restocked more of those. Many reviews include the issue with all the elevators, yes it is a bit confusing at first but after one day you get it and it is so common in Dubai so I don’t think that should really affect your rating. It was such a great stay and I am looking forward to staying longer next time!!! Thank you!

This was a random suggestion and one of the best, The hotel is so beautiful. Modern architecture, sleek and very unique. As it’s a fitness focused experience, I commend the sporty hospitality of the employees. The gym access is 24/7, there’s multiple sections in the gym with focused workout equipment. The facility as well has sauna, cryotherapy, recovery rooms, yoga, pallets, steam, you name it. There’s some nice views from the gym and recovery rooms. We extended our stay and we will definitely be coming back.
