Sitara Hotel Apartment

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Sitara. The service was absolutely excellent, and I want to extend a special thanks to the receptionist, Mr. Basem, for his warm hospitality and professionalism. The security guards were also very courteous and helpful, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. The hotel was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority, and it made my stay even more comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out was handled smoothly and with great care. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We stayed here end of January. The booking and check in was seamless. The breakfast was pretty good. Chef Mohamed always ensured that our needs were met. All the other staff across the hotel were kind and courteous. We got the wheelchair accessible room. The door and elevator took a few uses to get used to as a wheelchair user but everything else was very good. The room was quite spacious with a fully fitted kitchen. The bed was a good height and quite comfortable. There was a roll in shower with a shower chair. The toilet was ADA height with grab bars. There was a sink that you could roll under with your wheelchair. The curtain was remote controlled. Unfortunately the swimming pool wasn't wheelchair accessible but the pool attendant was very friendly and willing to help. The hotel is located in an area with many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. I absolutely loved that the hotel was quiet both during the day and at night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Sitara.

We had a chance to stay at this hotel during our 10-day trip to Dubai. I reserved 1 bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and well laid out. We had 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. We also had free parking in the basement. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and respectful. We were greeted with smiles when we arrived for check-in. We were also provided with extra mattresses. The hotel is in a very convenient location, so many restaurants within walking distance, very close to the iconic Dubai Frame. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here when I come to Dubai in the future.
