Fabulous hotel located close to Sivas miydan. People working in the hotel are very friendly and welcoming customers. R00m is great and fully equipped.
Very clean , comfortable hotel at a very good location at the heart of the town. Delicious breakfast that they serve at7-10AM and open menu. Room was big that we had enough space for our baggages I recommend this hotel
Very bad service and weird staff, stayed a week and requested them to fill the liquid soap every day which they sorry everytime and at the end they didn’t fill 4 days then said that the pump is broken. Our kids wanted to use the pool, since from the beginning of our stay but staff were saying that the pools are closed due to pandemic then we realised at the end of our stay that the pool was totally open which is really annoying! Breakfast looks okay but not tasteful at all! If you don’t have location obsession then better to stay much better alternative luxury hotels in similar rates in city side as it is another trouble to access to hotel’s car park in narrow busy streets.
