It's a wonderful hotel with excellent location in the middle of the main street in the town. The breakfast is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very tidy. However, as I am very sensitive to cigarettes, I could smell the smoke everywhere in the hotel even the room and it's really suffocating. I wish if the management of the hotel find a solution for the smoking.
The rooms and location are great! We were close to restaurants and shops ! The only downside was that the wifi was a little slow. Otherwise i will recommend!
Unbelievable in 2025 that a 4 star hotel in a large city can't be booked through any of the main booking sites - booking.com, hotels.com etc. And the hotel's own site has no details of room prices or an online, secure booking page? I've emailed for details to stay later in the year and over a week later the hotel have not bothered to reply. How are you supposed to book before arriving? Or do you just show up on the day hoping a room is available.
