I just wanted to share our incredible experience at Six Senses Con Dao! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of Vietnam’s cleanest beach. The lush, peaceful atmosphere truly felt like a healing retreat for both body and soul. Each morning, we woke up to the soothing sounds of ocean waves and rustling leaves, which set the perfect tone for our day. We enjoyed biking to the restaurant for breakfast, where we were treated to a delightful spread of fresh ingredients that beautifully combined Western and local cuisines. Traveling with a large family of 12, including both kids and adults from different cultures, we were thrilled with how well the hotel accommodated us. We created wonderful memories together through activities like beach football, swimming, surfing, yoga sessions, watching turtle nests, and even picking vegetables or collecting eggs from their farm. The natural and eco-friendly facilities truly reflect the hotel's commitment to sustainability, and we were amazed that we didn’t see a single plastic bag during our entire stay! The highlight of our trip was definitely the exceptional service from the entire team. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly "hello," often taking a moment to nod and place their hand on their heart—a gesture that truly warmed our hearts. They made an effort to remember our names, which made us feel right at home. As someone with a background in hospitality, I can confidently say that the service we received at Six Senses Con Dao was the best I've experienced so far. My nephew was even in tears when we left, missing the guest experience staff who had spent time with them on the beach! We can’t say enough good things about our stay, and we’re already looking forward to returning as soon as we can. Just a couple of tips for future guests: external guests are not allowed at the resort, and you can’t bring in plastic products or outside food and beverages. However, the service prices align with the high standards of a 5-star hotel and are absolutely worth it! I highly recommend Six Senses Con Dao for your next vacation in Vietnam, whether you’re traveling with family, in a group, enjoying a romantic getaway, or even seeking some solo healing time.
One of the best places for family retreat. Beautiful beach and villa, with very good energy. The wellness spa is wonderful. We chose the holistic massage and it was very relaxing. Great services also.
We went to the Six Senses Con Dao resort at the end of a long Indochina trip - hoping for a few days of relaxation. We had been to Six Senses resorts before in the Maldives and thought they were incredible - low key, luxurious, non-pretentious, great service and was hoping for the same on a beach resort. Unfortunately, we were greeted in our room by two pairs of ear plugs - we were told they were there because the wind can be so loud at night you cannot sleep from the noise - we laughed about it until about midnight when the winds were whipping through and it made for a miserable experience - unfortunately, these winds are present for 4-10 weeks every year and right when we were on the island - so could not go out on the beach (it was like a sandstorm), hard to even walk around outside at the hotel - it was just unpleasant and loud - so outside of this time, I imagine it could be very nice - our room was really nice - everything you could want in a hotel; the food was very good - some outstanding, some fine, not always consistent. The gym was really nice and because we could not go outdoors, we used it a lot). It's a really beautiful setting - just wish we could have enjoyed it more.
