Six Senses Crans Montana

spent a few hours at the Six Senses Crans-Montana spa, and the experience was truly beautiful. I had a holistic massage, which was good, but what impressed me the most was the attitude and approach of the spa management. They showed genuine openness and understanding toward my feedback and handled my suggestions with such professionalism and care. It’s rare to feel truly heard and valued as a guest, and for that reason, this visit stood out. A wonderful atmosphere, thoughtful service, and a team that truly embodies the spirit of holistic wellness. Highly recommended.

First time at a Six Senses, but it definitely lives up to the reputation of this hotel chain. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a welcoming spa. A special thank you to Adriana, our Guest Experience Maker. From the very first moment, she was highly professional and always available throughout our stay. The staff member who welcomed us for breakfast and lunch at Wild Cabin, as well as the spa therapist, were both very kind and attentive. Definitely a stay to be repeated. Tiago Cascão

Weird hotel. Bizarre layout. Only hotel exit is through the car park tunnel. Your right next to town & gondola, but hotel and exit are completely opposite side so a bit of a walk. Most rooms don’t have views… Layout of massive hotel is so confusing and disorienting. IHG and Six Senses have huge systems issues which takes hours on the phone to correct. They won’t offer late checkouts (2-4pm), even when 50-60% occupancy. Really HOT rooms, lowest 21C. Issues with bath tub. Beautiful pool, spa, buildings. Gorgeous rooms (minus no Mountain View’s from balcony). Breakfast was incredible! Love the food, So Good. Happy to try a night here, but wouldn’t come back, as what put this in this price point? What makes it better than an Airelles? Way over priced.
