Our stay at Six Senses was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. An easy 11/10! From the moment we arrived, every element of the resort exceeded our expectations. The warmth and kindness of the team was so lovely and truly made our experience. Every interaction was filled with genuine care and love. Our time there was so meaningful, I genuinely shed tears when it was time to say goodbye. A heartfelt shoutout to the incredible Marika, Isaac, Mary, Savè, Nate, Lia, Emi, Kira, Ben, Suli, and Lesi. Your hospitality was nothing short of amazing thank you! We wish we knew the names of every single staff member because each of you contributed to making our trip unforgettable. All the resort’s restaurants were phenomenal and food was delicious. Shoutout to the pancake, lobster pasta special, pork belly at the pizzeria & the Lovo. Our villa was immaculate and the main pool area looked like something out of a postcard. The variety of activities on offer was astounding, from wellness experiences to adventurous excursions, there was something for every mood and moment. Thank you Six Senses ❤️

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Six Senses Fiji, and I can honestly say it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away—not just by the stunning location (which is even more breathtaking in person), but by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The team at Six Senses are, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever encountered. Every single person went above and beyond to make the stay special, always with a smile and genuine care that made me feel completely at home. The resort itself is a paradise—lush, serene, and perfectly designed to immerse you in the natural beauty of Fiji. Whether you’re relaxing in your villa, enjoying the incredible food, or exploring the island, everything is thoughtfully curated for a truly luxurious and seamless experience. I genuinely can’t fault a single thing. The entire stay was exceptional from start to finish. 1 star for the beautiful scenery and grounds, 1 star for the friendly staff. Everything else is a disaster. Communication- we were told that our transfer info would be sent 48 hrs prior to arrival. On our way to LAX we still had no info on who or when we would be picked up at Nadi. Had to call again for info. The app is a joke – mostly advertising for other properties. Staff tells on arrival they use WhatsApp instead – what does this tell you about it? Requests made on the app went unanswered for hours. Ordered a burger for room service at 12:30 pm. 2 requests were monitored by bots so we finally got it at 2 pm. Spa massage- asked for medium pressure and relaxation. 15 min in the therapist changed to deep tissue making me wince with every motion and eventually scream out to stop. After that the therapist was afraid to do anything so I got another 45 min of lightly applying oil. They did comp it when I advised them what happened so at least I didn’t have to pay for asking for relaxation and getting pain instead. Rooms - we rented an expensive beach front villa that had two beach chairs out front we assumed were for our use and used for a couple of days. Turns out the beach chairs are for anyone leading to an uncomfortable confrontation with other guests. It wasn’t great to have a large family set up 6’ out from our beachfront villa between us and the ocean. No help from guest services. The point is -nobody told us we had to “claim” them. Food – limited options. Poor quality. Don’t go to the beach BBQ – they start cooking ½ hr before it even starts so everything is overcooked/dried out. Managed to turn a beautiful piece of white fish into a flip flop. If you want an expensive, horrible experience in a beautiful place, this is for you.
