Review: Very Disappointing Stay Our experience at this resort was far from pleasant. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely lacked basic hospitality. Food taste and service were both poor, with long wait times and mismanagement. The air-conditioning at reception didn’t work, and there were no activities for kids, making the stay boring and frustrating for families. Overall, not worth the time or money. Would not recommend.
