This resort is great, no second to be bored. Extremely well managed by Marteyne, who really did a marvelous job. Great dive center with Ann, Erica, and Danny enabling great experiences. The chefs are creating every evening very good food. Great thanks to Iko chefs who made a unforgettable Tepanyaki possible. The GEM'S are great organizer's and very open and adaptable Special thanks to Pablo (our GEM) for the patience he is having and managing us continously re-scheduling a activities around. Very special on this island the Marine Underwater Initiative. Where multiple research NGO are doing research in multiple domains as Seagrave, mantas a d turtles. Very valuable that they have a junior marine researcher program for youngsters and kids. Every dive we did a researcher accompanied us. Great work of Lawrence, Joe, Dr. Aisha, Amlan, and anyone I forget to mention. We will definetly come back!.

We just returned from an incredible one-week stay at Six Senses Laamu, and it was honestly one of the most memorable family holidays we’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care and attention. The staff, the setting, the food, the experiences all simply perfect. Our GEM Shah was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make our trip special and completely stress-free. From small thoughtful gestures to making sure we were always comfortable, he made us feel truly looked after throughout the entire stay. The culinary experience was next level. We’ve visited several resorts in the Maldives before, but the food here genuinely stood out. Every meal was excellent, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ice cream parlor with over 50 flavors was a family favorite and such a fun and unique touch. A huge thank you to Hassan from the F&B team who was so warm and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. We also want to mention Ihaka, Hawari, Eiaz, Dealita, Saumya, Alberto, Ansaar, and Patrick, who made each dining experience feel special with their kindness and professionalism. Evenings at Chill Bar were unforgettable thanks to DJ Auzam, who always set the perfect mood with great music and energy. Sunsets never felt so good. We were also very impressed by Mina, the Director of Operations, who ensured every detail of our stay was just right. His presence was felt throughout the resort attentive, capable, and always gracious. Bruce was another highlight, incredibly helpful and such a pleasure to interact with. The Kids Club team, Ni and Alula, were absolutely amazing with our 2-year-old. Creative, kind, and nurturing, they gave us so much peace of mind knowing our little one was in such good hands. We also had the most relaxing spa experience thanks to Eka, who was not only skilled but so warm and kind. Our beach villa was always immaculate thanks to Bakka, who took such pride in his work and paid attention to every little detail. There are so many more wonderful staff whose names we may not remember, but each person we encountered left a lasting impression. It’s rare to find such a combination of natural beauty, luxurious comfort, and such an authentic, caring team. Thank you Six Senses Laamu for an unforgettable escape. We left with full hearts and so many beautiful memories and we truly can’t wait to return. 🌴💛

Absolutely phenomenal. If you are looking for a luxury escape to an island that genuinely cares about its environment, there is nowhere better. The sustainability practices at the resort are some of the best in the Maldives, they take genuine care for their environment and their position also means incredible marine life, Expect to see manta rays, turtles, sharks, all at the resort. You can enter the reef straight from the water villa and see incredible sea animals. In one hour of snorkelling we saw three turtles and 3 rays, we also saw a lot of dolphins each day off the coast of the island. The staff are wonderful and the food is great
