Fantastic residence to stay at in Courchevel - a chalet feel with the amenities of a top end hotel. The rooms were very nice & spacious, and were regularly serviced on a daily basis. The Spa was top tier as well. But above all, the customer service is second to none - Fares, the residence manager's attention to detail and personality was impeccable. The guest relations, Claudia, was very receptive, and responsive, and secured us all the reservations at all the top restaurants at a short notice, in a very busy period. We can't wait to relive this experience next year.
If you want to be in one of the most famous and charming resorts in Europe in the largest connected ski area in the world this is the place to stay. Wonderful location, great accommodation, great concierge service, six senses spa with lovely facilities. Ski concierge on the piste less than 5 minutes walk away. Ski hire shop in the building. Spacious and luxurious accommodation. Special mentions to Fares, Stephan, Carla, Claudia, Klaudia, George and Sotiris. They go out of their way to make your stay as luxurious and care free as you would expect from the brand and the location. Skiing heaven
Mixed Experience – Great Staff, But Room for Improvement I’ll start with the areas that could use improvement: No On-Site Restaurant – Traveling with kids and a nanny, we were hoping for the convenience of room service or at least a restaurant on-site. Breakfast was delivered in a basket each morning, but this setup really lacked the flexibility and comfort that a restaurant or in-room dining would offer. Room Temperature – Our apartment was consistently warm, averaging around 24°C at the end of March. Unfortunately, the HVAC system only had a heating function with no temperature control or cooling option, so we had to keep windows and doors open to manage the heat. Lobby Area – The lobby was quite small and not particularly inviting. For a property of this level, I expected a more welcoming and spacious reception and waiting area. On the positive side: Exceptional Staff – The team truly went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and eager to assist. Spacious Accommodation – Our 3-bedroom apartment was large and provided plenty of room for the whole family. Some Maintenance Issues – We did experience a few inconveniences like a shower drain problem and an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Nice Spa, But Temperature Could Be Better – The spa area was pleasant, but the pool could have been warmer. The outdoor hot tub was also not as warm as we expected. Overall, it was a good stay thanks largely to the staff and spacious apartment. However, there’s definite room for improvement in terms of amenities, climate control, and common spaces.
