Check in was easy, on arrival leaky toilet cistern, which was fixed promptly. Staff polite. On exit of the lift, the carpets are stained and walls dirty. Not a very good impression when you get out of the lift. No staff after 5pm. Pool out of order, ? Maintenance. Upon looking more closely at the room when we got back after our afternoon out it wasn't cleaned properly. Cobwebs, mould, dust old tissues under lounge cushions didn't seem as though that part was cleaned. Dated chipped furniture, Dining chairs ripped/ worn, single beds don't lock and are on rollers on a laminate floor. Air conditioning worked well. Verandah dirty ,stained with old spilt drinks had not been mopped. The location was good ,but I would not stay here again I would prefer to spend a bit more and get something clean. Don't expect a clean room

This is not for family if you are single/couple and want budget room yeah sure but not with your toddler who wants to touch and roll over on the carpets only people with kids will understand this. Geez, the rooms were outdated, and the door handle was broken. The carpet was 🤢 . Good parts, The reception was nice. Beds are comfy The location is good. And you get a free chocolate 🤣

Locations was good. However, apartment was very dated and dirty. Roller on the beds can’t lock. Hence, the bed will move when you sleep on it. Washing machine and dryer are not clean too. Absolutely disappointed.
