Perfect for a summer family holiday! Spacious, spotless family suites (some even with themed bunk rooms) delighted the kids. Staff were exceptionally friendly! The beautiful breakfast buffet was generous and fresh. Spa, playroom, and wellness area provided much-needed peace for adults while the little ones had fun. Palau de Gel access included, plus babysitting and kids activities—highly recommended for families."
The hotel has met all our expectations! The location is perfect for getting to a ski resort. The staff was kind and amicable. The ambient was all about the Christmas decorations and ornaments! Very lovely. Highly recommend this hotel.
The pool on Sunday only till 5pm ☹️🤯 They don’t offer towels in the wellness. You need to use the ones from your room. And it means that when you want to take a shower before sleep, your towel is wet ☹️ Correction… They offer pool towels, but a service must be at the pool entrance. We spent almost 3 hours there, and no personnel appeared.
