Ski & Spa Bellevue Harrachov

Small hotel situated above the town, newly renovated. Extremely nice and attentive staff, especially lady at the reception. Very good breakfasts, clean and cozy rooms. I travelled with my dog and she was scared to use the staircase in the hotel so they changed our room and gave us one on a ground floor. Beautiful hiking and walking trails nearby, I definitely recommend to people who like to spend their time in nature.

The location is perfect, featuring a sauna for relaxation after skiing, as well as a delicious restaurant.

Everything was good but each has an exception. 1. Location is very good and with great view, however the arrival to the hotel with a car is not possible in winter and we had to walk up and down each time in a very slippery road (they took us only when we arrived and left). We recieved a notice about it only a day or 2 before we arrived. 2. Spa is very nice and couzy (Jackuzzi is for addiation surpay). 3. Make sure to book a massage with Hanka, she gave us the best massage we had and in addition Hanka was kind and friendy. Bravo! 4. The rooms were good and with great view, breakfast was also full and tasty. 5. The service was not good, when we ask to book the spa and massages the staff wasn't explaning where everything is and if the booking are confirmed, we had to ask everything a couple of times. When we came to pay in the end, twice they almost charged us for stuff we didn't need to (once they didn't notice we paid for the reservation already, the second time was right afterwards when they gave us a bill of a different room for the minibar use) in general they gave us bad feeling for approaching them but the guy that took us from and to the car with the snowmobil was very very nice and even added some fun to the snow rides :) All in all, ok experience.
