Skippers Cove Waterfront Resort

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was brilliant. Clean, close to everything, has all the facilities and more importantly, it was perfect for kids. Just walk down from the the house, to the sands and to the river. Very quiet and family friendly. We have stayed in Noosa number of times and this is by far one of the best and value for money. Highly recommend it. We will be coming here next time.

As part of an international trip to Brisbane, we stayed there for four to five days with our five-year-old daughter and eight-month-old son. During our stay, Cyclone Alfred hit Brisbane. At the time of the natural disaster, I made a mistake that caused an additional problem—I accidentally locked our rental car with the key inside the trunk. We (especially I) were really shocked by this situation, as it meant we were stuck and unable to see some friends in Brisbane as planned. Fortunately, the managers at our accommodation were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us practical advice and generous support. Eventually, we managed to retrieve the key from the car and were able to meet our friends around Brisbane, almost exactly as planned. I would like to express my sincere thanks to them.

Absolutely superb. The staff looked after us really well and went above and beyond. Could not recommend this place high enough. Apartments equipped with everything you need and you're right oh the water with access to hotel kayaks. Great swimming pool in the hotel, including a hot spa!! About a 30 minute walk into Hastings street or there are regular buses to get you around.
