I came here to relax - to be in the forest with infrastructure. Super place. Excellent cottages. Excellent well-kept territory. The restaurant may seem expensive, but the prices are normal Moscow. You can wait a long time for your order, so at the reception they give you the restaurant's phone number - you can order from home) Since all sorts of important objects are nearby - Wi-Fi and in general the connection is jammed. The Internet works, but weakly! Important! You need to bring a good supply of drinking water with you. Refrigerators, kettles, stoves, etc. - everything for life. There is a barbecue area. For children, a lot of different activities - a football field, work out, etc. The townhouses have very soft mattresses. Therefore, I lived in the townhouse for a couple of days and moved to the house 220m with an extra charge. I recommend only to friends!

Tha place was beautiful one day but those days long gone... Currently it looks abandoned. Everything from roads to the houses needs full renovation. We left next day after arrival just because it makes no sense to stay there... Still a lot of potential but currently it's not that pleasant.

Worst holiday, I have never seen such disrespect for guests. A torn bathtub, a worn-out handle, a rotten mirror, a wobbly toilet, a broken electric stove, cracked floors sticking out in all directions. The shower head, which costs a penny to replace, leaks into the wall and oilcloth and there is no way to fix it manually! The second floor creaks and howls; you can’t go to the toilet at night without waking up everyone in the area. There are few curtains - it will not be possible to shield yourself from the neighboring dense building; there are no curtains in the bedroom at all. Only 2 toilet rolls for the entire time. The area is very dirty. It’s also dangerous: you are allowed to drive around the area by car, there are no restrictions, visibility is very limited. The roads are narrow in places, the car's mirrors and sides are strongly scratched by branches. In the neighboring house (they stand very closely together) they decided to renovate the facade with odorous toxic paint. They endured it for a day, closed all the windows, the next day they went to the reception and asked to wait at least 1 day (we were leaving soon). They paused for an hour, then continued.
