I love this place! There's a gym, swimming pool, even a badminton court. The room is clean, I stayed here four times I think. Easy to check in, location is very strategic which is right at the city center. There's a cafe downstairs too.
I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect. Just a little difficult to drive up to the car park, narrow parking lot #Renovations beside property is noisy
Rental rate here no system. Landlord anyhow put a number. Room rental also almost same rate as renting a studio apartment. Add in extra Rm 100 to Rm 200 better rent a studio apartment. Got kitchen and no need to share toilet. Then landlord become greedy and up studio rent. Some no rent for so long still up price. Better rent one bedroom apartment with living room. Greedy. Left right also constructions. So noisy! Kena dengue while renting here. Scary.
