Sky City Hotel

This has been my go-to hotel every time I visit Gurgaon—I’ve stayed here on my last four trips. The hotel is extremely customer-oriented. The staff are polite and courteous, and I’d like to especially mention Ms. Meena Thakur, who managed the morning buffet during my stay. I was truly impressed by her managerial skills. In fact, every staff member I interacted with was highly professional and excellent at their job. The food menu is diverse, offering a wide range of cuisines including Indian, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. The hotel also features amenities such as a nightclub, salon, gym, and a massage parlor equipped with a Jacuzzi. Some of the special rooms also come with private Jacuzzis. While the rooms are slightly compact, the layout and furniture placement are so well-planned that they still feel quite spacious. The hotel also has specially designed rooms for old aged guests, making their stay more comfortable and accessible. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying here and would highly recommend it.

This is my second time coming to Skycity and I have to say, they have a wonderful team to help you out. Sincerely appreciating these people for their exceptional service. (Two other people missed in the photo.) Thanks to the team, had a wonderful stay.

Not a great as I expect. Smells like Soya sauce always. Rooms are congested and small. Reception looks like a Hostel reception. Breakfast is just bad and few options. Bathroom needs to be repaired, very old fashioned. Don’t like the dark wood interior as old fashioned. Area is okay.
