Nice hotel, great location, but 4th floor close to elevator was quite noisy as people get out here because of breakfast on 5th floor wo elevator access
Our reservation from agoda was lost...after they found our reservation, we heard only "ok sorry. But big room with one big bed, that you booked is not available. Take the small one with twin beds". That's it. No refund. No discounts or something...
The Managers Didn’t had any basic manners. They are not reliable, take bookings and confirmations even when they do not have rooms. Spoiled our stay in Istanbul.
