Absolutely wonderful experience. The one bedroom we stayed in was big enough for 2 people and to have space to relax. This is part of a timeshare company, so I am not sure if you can stay without owning or being able to exchange into it.
Employees were helpful and happy. Checking in took a while. Parking is not easy. It's walkable but 9 blocks from the waterfront. Rooms are aged, but it is a historic hotel.
Booked a king size for my friend and I. Was given a queen Murphy bed. Was bitten by something in the room woke up to my entire face swollen my friend also received bites in the room. The elevator took 20 minutes to get on at check out time. Wifi is extra and expensive. There is no elevator to the parking. I would not recommend this hotel (which is actually a time share and they will pressure you at check in to go to their meeting). We were not offered any sort of compensation for the bed situation and the bug situation. Unfortunately my face was still slightly swollen for a concert I was attending. Awful experience.
