Review of Skystar Hotel I recently stayed at Skystar Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of service and comfort offered. Located in Yangon, the hotel provides a convenient base for both business and leisure travelers, with easy access to key areas in the city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The beds are comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensures that the rooms remain tidy throughout your stay. Wi-Fi is generally reliable, which is great for remote work or streaming. One of the standout features is the breakfast buffet. There’s a wide variety of local and international options, all freshly prepared and regularly replenished. The restaurant staff is friendly and attentive, contributing to a relaxed dining experience. The hotel also offers useful facilities like a fitness center, rooftop bar, meeting rooms, and airport transfer services. The front desk staff is professional, responsive, and fluent in English, which makes check-in and guest support smooth and hassle-free. While the hotel offers good value for money, a few areas could use improvement—like more consistent air conditioning in some rooms and minor wear-and-tear in older sections of the building. However, these are relatively small issues in an otherwise pleasant stay. The rooms are extremely dirty and there are so many holes in the wall. The air conditioning is also very bad, there are so many dust in the aircon and corners of the rooms. The service is also bad, the reception workers have the worst attitude. Finally, the walls of the hall are all cracked and there is smoking area in the hallway and it is also very noisy. When we walk into our room, we didn’t like the room condition so we try to get a refund and they didn’t agree to the refund due to the data have been store into their system. This is possible the worst hotel that I have ever been into.

The room are so dirty and expensive. I highly suggest not staying here otherwise you will deeply regret. The service at the front desk is the worst, they are so rude and impolite. There are dust everywhere and the air conditioning is so bad and there are so many holes and crack everywhere and there are rust too.
