I love the place a lot. Very clean!?!! Most of the time the staff was attentive. There are a a bunch of extra little fees especially if you're visiting during the summer. They charge you an extra $2.75 per day for turning the air conditioner colder and some other small fees so just be prepared to pay for that. An extra $40 a day for amenities that they have and you cannot opt out of it
We booked for a wedding and location was great! Rooms nice size & bedding was very comfortable. Rooms were also clean.. My negatives would be only 6 seats in the lobby and not welcoming. The bathroom counters were very small and valet takes an exceptionally long time. Hotel pricey for what your getting ? Over 1k for 2 nights with valet. Also garage gate got stuck (valet) and delayed us about 45 min at checkout and honestly the desk gentleman was trying his best but all staff he reached out to for HELP weren't taking any sense of urgency ; so we almost missed our flight? Again convenient location but lobby needs refresher and definitely more seating .For the price it has nothing special to offer.
I really appreciated the recommendations from our lovely server—both the club sandwich and the pad Thai were suggested as must-tries. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the meat in the club sandwich. I was expecting fresh, possibly grilled or barbecued meat, but it seemed to be processed, which didn’t match the otherwise fresh presentation. As for the pad Thai, it lacked the distinctive smoky flavor that usually comes from being cooked in a wok. The flavor leaned more toward a Western-style noodle dish and lacked the bold, tangy-sweet sauce that defines a traditional Thai pad Thai. If you prefer a milder, more Western interpretation, it might be a better fit for your taste.
