Great hotel, nice wide view of the ocean and plateau below. The staffs are very courteous, helpful and friendly. Room is very clean, spacious and nicely furnished/decorated. A private hot tub in each room is very convenience. Great view of sunrise. The location is close to the city and viewpoints. We wish we could stay longer.
Beautiful location. The young lady at front desk with long brown hair was so sweet. I wish I remembered her name. She suggested us to go on tour the volcano islands. She was kind and looked after us like family. We had a delightful time. Also the waiters two young men at the restaurant were kind hearted and also wonderful servers. Wish all hotels and resorts had this amazing service
My husband and I went here in July 2025 for our honeymoon and WOW — the property itself was stunning, the staff was kind and extremely helpful, and the food was delicious. We are definitely planning to return anytime we are on the island again. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. ❤️
