An okay hotel, but the photos online looked better than reality. The location was good, close to Festhalle, but the surrounding area felt a bit rough. Service was decent, though not great. The rooms were fairly clean but quite small, especially the bathroom. The in-room air conditioning worked well, but the rest of the hotel was quite hot. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Breakfast room was very small and the selection limited. Don’t come too late, as some items may no longer be available.
The photos online make the hotel look a lot nicer than what it is. The location is central but it’s in a sketchy neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the AC works great. It was really loud at night with sirens. The breakfast was 3/5.
Zero would be more appropriate. I travel often for work and I think I have been a guest in the most important hotel chains in the world. Sent email for information for a stay for work... No response. You can book on Booking, but if you have special needs or requests, they don't even deign to respond. Absolute zero for a 4-star hotel.
