Accommodation: It was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The comfortable bed and well-maintained furnishings made for a relaxing retreat after a long day. Breakfast: The morning meal was a redeeming feature of our dining experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, from [mention specific items, e.g., flaky pastries and fresh fruit] to a made-to-order omelet station. The service was prompt and the staff was attentive, ensuring a great start to our day. Dinner: Unfortunately, our dinner experience was a significant letdown. The dishes were lukewarm and lacked flavor and also the food selection was very limited. It was a huge disappointment, especially considering the price. We expected a much higher standard of quality and service. We ordered a cake and paid 18% GST, but we were not given a bill for the purchase.

We’ve had a few bad experiences at Skyline, but what happened recently at Zeus Restaurant was just too much. We used a complimentary coupon during our visit handed it over while billing, thought everything was sorted. But the next day, we got a message saying the same coupon was used again. That didn’t make sense, because we hadn’t even been to the resort that day. Turns out, the waitress who was handling our billing took a photo of our coupon and used it herself later. I mean, seriously? That’s not just bad service that’s straight-up unethical. We felt completely cheated. It’s really disappointing that a place we trusted enough to take a membership from is allowing this kind of stuff to happen. If their own staff is misusing customer coupons, what does that say about the way things are being run? This needs to be looked into and honestly, until things improve, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
