I recommend
The house is spectacular, but I honestly wouldn't rent it again. It's very big, it has a pool and spectacular views, but what's the point of that if you can't sleep well later because of the noise from the ventilation or if the TV doesn't even work (if you have some time to rest and the most basic things don't work, you don't care about luxuries). It may have been a coincidence that everything failed and due to the dates they couldn't fix it, but for what the house costs, I think they should have deducted at least something from the price as a detail since they couldn't fix it.
