I'm very satisfied with delicious food and gentle stuff. Next holiday in Trebinje this hotel will be my choice.

A disappointing experience. The waitress was rude and slow, we waited too long, and she was unpleasant when she finally came. The food was too greasy and heavy. The only good things were the location, atmosphere, and clean restroom. Would not recommend due to poor service.

Unfortunately, we felt that the hotel staff were not very welcoming towards Turkish guests. There were many rules in place, and it sometimes felt overly strict — for example, we were told not to stretch our legs in the garden or eat outside. If you're Turkish, you may want to consider other accommodation options.
