This Slaviero location, on the bay in downtown Florianópolis, is a solid choice for those staying in this area. The rooms are in the same league as, if not slightly superior to, those at a Holiday Inn or Ibis. It has a pool, a good restaurant (with an above average breakfast) and gym (with a squeaky treadmill). It's close enough to the main Florianópolis attractions and relatively close to the airport. It's not, however, in the proximity of the beaches. This is a business hotel, with comfortable rooms, efficient service and the amenities you're probably expecting.
It's a good hotel and the view at the North Bay it's amazing. It could use some better structure. The shower water heater wasn't constant and the towel holder just fell off the wall hang. The breakfast is very good.
it was amazing, the only thing I missed were bigger soaps for the shower and an iron in the room to iron the clothes, some toothpaste would've been nice too; also a smart tv these days is a must to connect with youtube and other services
