All great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food from buffet was of good quality and tasty. Rooms were large, bed was comfortable. Very clean bathrooms. There's even a little gym and pool. Highly recommended if you need to spend the night in Guarulhos. There's a shuttle bus to the airport, but we didn't use it.
very nice experience 1 2 July starting from reception team especially Raira were very helpful and positive to help us room was very nice view and near to Gym and nice Sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool recommend very high quality and good value for price
Can use some updates. The room could have been cleaned better, and there was no hot water for the shower. Location and service were good. It is near the airport.
