I was sadly disappointed with our experience here. The photos made the room look much larger than it actually was. Once we had the roll-away bed in the room, there was barely any floor to walk on. Good first world problems - We managed. Our attempt at breakfast the following day, was dreadful. There were 2 other couples trying to get a bite before the flight. We all vocalized our extreme disappointment regarding the state of our "non-breakfast". There was no coffee (machine was broken) and insufficient food for anyone trying to break the fast. I picked up a glass to have some juice - the glass was so dirty, it prompted me to look at other dishes in the "clean" area. Everything I looked at was so dirty that I took a sample to the front desk to advise them that the dishwasher must have been broken. They did not care. We left without eating or drinking anything. If you are a single person travelling alone and don't care about breakfast - this could be OK. Otherwise, I'd keep looking.

We used this as a convenient place to rest the night prior to a very early flight. We booked it as a family suite which turned out to be a single king bedroom with a pullout sofa and an extra cot for my kids. The beds were very hard and gave me a kink in my back (not great to have before an 8 hour flight). The walls are extremely thin and we could hear the family next door as if they were in the room with us. I had to ask them to keep it down multiple times through the night. The bathroom had frosted glass for the door and wall, which made my daughter and wife uncomfortable, especially since the shower was nothing but the glass facing the hall. On top of that the bathroom door had no lock or latch and the door kept springing open (I had to get a door wedge from the front desk to keep it closed). The shower head wand was attached with a rusty bolt and the whole unit was wiggling away from the wall, also the water in the pan leaked onto the outside. The toilet required two flushes to drain anything out of the bowl, even just urine. Breakfast was a minimal continental and nothing special, but left us still hungry once we were at the gate. Overall I would not stay here again. The thin walls, hard beds, and no food options on the weekend except the airport quick service foods made us exhausted, hungry, and irritable for our 5:00 am flight.

With my wife and kids we just were hoping to find some rest before our next flight, after an exhausting day. After more than ten minutes of wait at the empty reception of this hotel, without any indications/instructions how to call the staff or to justify the absence, someone arrived without wearing an uniform, nor apologising for the prolonged wait. After learning we had no reservations he liquidated us with a laugh on our face and a professional "sorry guys, we are full". Being almost 1am, my wife sat in the lobby of the hotel to beastfeed our 2yo son trying to put him to sleep and stop crying. There, the staff of the hotel showed how rude and unprofessional can a "1 star hotel" personnel can be. We were insulted and intimated with the help of the security until we left the lobby, treated as "criminals". What we cared the most, to give some rest to our little one, we had no success to achieve, but we took a good quantity of insults, the ownership of the hotel should be proud of, as result of having such talented people working for them. Not to mention we were ready to pay high fares for a room at the airport, obviously we will never put a foot back there, not even if offered for free. Actually, will be glad to be approached by the direction of the hotel any time to give more details about the professional service of their night shift, any time. Not to change our mind about their hotel, just to return the "good vibe" we received from their worker
