Our recent stay in this Wroclaw gem was nothing short of exceptional, and it has easily earned a glowing 5-star rating. The location is absolutely perfect. Nestled in a picturesque part of the city, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being within easy walking distance of Wroclaw's vibrant Market Square and other key attractions. Exploring the city's beauty was a breeze, and returning to the hotel each evening felt like coming home to a serene oasis. Our room was beautifully appointed – spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with a modern yet cozy aesthetic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, promising and delivering a truly restful night's sleep (fitting for a hotel named Sleepwalker!). We particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the high-quality linens to the well-stocked and stylish bathroom. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was a bonus. What truly sets the Sleepwalker Hotel apart, however, is its exceptional service. Every member of the staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From the friendly receptionists who offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants and sights, to the attentive housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. The breakfast offered was a delightful start to each day. A delicious spread of fresh, locally sourced ingredients catered to a variety of tastes. The breakfast room itself was bright and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere to plan the day's adventures. While the Sleepwalker Hotel may not boast an abundance of extravagant amenities like a large spa or multiple restaurants, it excels in what truly matters: providing a comfortable, stylish, and peaceful stay with outstanding service in a fantastic location. Just back from 3 night stay in July 2025. Overall an enjoyable stay in the spacious 2 bed apartment on 5th floor, duplex. Great amenities, air con, washing machine, modern place. The bathroom was enormous, could have had an extra bedroom in there. Easy to access, multiple points off the streets. Great if using the trams with rynek close. Super top up of water daily. Generally all was good, just a couple of small problems: Email address communication, seemed to get errors despite, bouncing back despite copy paste. Liked the proactive check to see when we were arriving, informed it wasn't manned certain time - would have been better to state hours range we didn't need to advise. Wouldn't return to the room we stayed in, found the staircase a bit unsafe close to the main bathroom, ended up falling in the night and was lucky not to be injured worse.
