We cannot fault the Sloane Square Hotel. It is well located, well maintained and the staff cannot do enough to help. We liked our room (a twin) which was located to the side of the building - very quiet for London. We would particularly commend the young man who looked after the buffet breakfast area - he was totally focused upon serving the guests. We will certainly be back
I had a complimentary upgrade, was a lovely view of the square, the room and bathroom were a lot better than I was expecting, the breakfast buffet they offer is a tad expensive for my liking with the lack of choices. There are options on what to eat however it was a lack of options to go with, the buffet in the hotel was £20. I didn't find out until after they sat me down and asked for my hotel room number.
The staff are polite and friendly. They were very understanding when I told them about an issue with my name and they also provided all information that I asked for. It was a lovely stay. When NieR comes back to the area, this is somewhere I will stay again. Thank you for your service!
