Sls Cancun

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. SLS Cancun offers a genuine five-star atmosphere, where every detail is thoughtfully curated. The service is exceptional - warm, attentive, and consistently high-level. You can literally feel the luxury in the air, quite literally: a subtle, pleasant fragrance is diffused throughout the property, even outdoors. The hotel offers unique activities that elevate the stay. From a mojito-making masterclass to a live tuna carving show followed by a tasting session. These thoughtful touches made the experience feel both exclusive and unforgettable. The beach area deserves a special mention. It’s clean, stylish, and the music is simply amazing. I ended up taking home an entire playlist because the vibe was just that good. The hotel is also located in a secure, gated part of town with 24/7 security, which made me feel completely safe and relaxed during my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, atmosphere, and refined style.

Lovely hotel. The room facing the ocean allowed us to enjoy such a great view. You can look out to the ocean while relaxing in the bed and bathtub. Happy hour at the bar was awesome. Very attentive staff. Will come back again.

The hotel was good but I hope you take more care of your guests because we pay a lot of money for a fun vacation yet some of the staff were very rude to us and unhelpful, in Cleo (the restaurant) on 26th of July the host was very rude when we arrived a bit late and told us that we are not that welcomed (even though restaurant was empty) we went and complained about her yet nothing changed and she didn’t fix her attitude… a great hotel with fine but you should train your employees better. Btw the room and the corridor smelled so bad due to moisture everywhere take care of that too because we had to change 3 rooms!
