I had the pleasure of staying at SLS Hotel and Residences for two days, and the experience was truly exceptional. Everything from the hospitality to the service was top-notch. A special shout-out to Elizabeth Lucky from housekeeping — her attention to detail and dedication made our stay even more comfortable. The room was always spotless and well-prepared thanks to her. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality and authentic stay. Keep up the amazing work!
It was a wonderful stay with exceptional service, starting from the warm welcome at the 71st floor. The rooms were luxurious and incredibly comfortable — a truly unique and memorable experience. I must also mention Mr. Feroz, the polite and cheerful staff member in the valet service. His professionalism and kindness added a special touch to our visit
I was met by the lovely Sanjar the bellman. Very pleasant, super polite and helpful. I also booked a room without a nice view and had a complimentary upgrade to with a nice view. The room is super spacious and the bathtub is stunning! I had a little tour of the hotel while waiting for the room. I also visited the cafe downstairs when I arrived and the two ladies are lovely. Overall very pleased and the hospitality is 👌🏼
