SLS Hotel a Luxury Collection Hotel Beverly Hills

Front desk staff was great and very accommodating. The pool and the bar up on the roof were awesome and relaxing. There are beach chairs, day beds, and bar top tables. The room was sweet, especially the one we were in because it had its own backyard that wasn’t shared with any other room. The closet was spacious, as well as the bathroom. The only weird part were all of the mirrors. There were A LOT. I wish it was a little closer to more attractions. But overall it was pretty cool!

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — every detail is thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are top-notch. The entire process, from check-in to checkout, was smooth and enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the level of customer service. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and sincere. A special shoutout to Alex, the guest relationship manager, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His attention to detail, genuine care, and overall presence added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. He deserves serious kudos! If I had to mention one small thing, it would be the tone of one staff member during breakfast — a bit more attitude than necessary. But honestly, that was a minor blip in an otherwise flawless stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for comfort, class, and outstanding service. We’ll absolutely be back.

We stayed here three days, overall good. Spacious and clean rooms, pretty good service, nice decor. A little dated. Breakfast is so-so. Other 5-star hotels in the area are way more expensive, so perhaps it’s worth it. White horse in the lobby is cool. 70-dollar valet is less cool.
