We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at SLS Playa Mujeres All-Inclusive Resort in Cancun! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and elevated, especially with the Elite upgrade—which is well worth every penny. Our kids were obsessed with the family pool and thrilling water slides—they spent hours each day laughing, splashing, and making memories. It was the perfect setup for a family getaway where you never feel the need to leave the resort. The staff was truly exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Jane, our amazing customer service representative, and to Alexis and Luis, our dedicated butlers, who consistently went above and beyond to make our trip incredibly special. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. We also can’t say enough good things about the lifeguards, who were always attentive and professional, giving us peace of mind as parents. And the 5-star restaurants on property? Absolutely top-notch—every meal was a culinary highlight with world-class flavors and service to match. SLS Playa delivers luxury, comfort, and fun in one of the most beautiful beach settings we’ve visited. Family is Already looking forward to our next trip back!

Just got back from SLS Playa Mujeres and had a great time! The resort has a stylish, modern vibe that’s definitely more adult-oriented, but it does have a nice waterpark and kid-friendly areas for younger ones. The beach was beautiful, and this area tends to have less seaweed than others, which was a big plus. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but they’re super stylish and comfortable, and the bathrooms are surprisingly spacious. The staff was amazing—super friendly and always helpful! The food was definitely a highlight. The steakhouse was one of the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive, and I also loved the Mexican restaurant and the adults-only Twiggy. Overall, it's a great choice for a casual but elevated all-inclusive getaway—and one I’d definitely return to!

We recently stayed at this resort and had a great overall experience. The property itself is beautiful and everything felt fresh and new, which made the environment really enjoyable. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and the service stood out — there were always staff around, ready to help with a smile. The beach was also nice. While there was some sargassum, the hotel clearly made a consistent effort to clean it up, which we appreciated. The main area for improvement is the entertainment. While there were some decent activities at the pool and gym during the day, the nightly shows didn’t quite measure up to what we’ve seen at other resorts or cruise ships. It would be great to see more engaging, music-driven evening shows — something lively that appeals to both kids and adults. That said, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it, especially for the food, service, and relaxed atmosphere.
