ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE INTERNET CONNECTION. NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO WORK INSIDE THE ROOMS. HOPE YOU CAN FIX FOR GUESTS WHO WANT TO WORK. We had the family room which was big enough for 5 pax. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen to cook or heat up your meals. Aircon was working well. Water pressure was super strong! Walang problema sa showers. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Very cozy ang vibe ng accommodation. They serve yummy free breakfast and got an in-house resto bar so kahit around 8pm ka mag-dinner, no need to go out. Place was quiet as well for a residential area. Walking distance to most restaurants and the Kota Beach area. Super sulit!
Good room, clean.. but Internet connection is unreliable. Too noisy early morning.. the funny part is the towels xD, towels are non absorbent! sheets and towels smells too much bleach. Still good overall.
Is a good hotel but Price-quality ratio is completely incompatible with the standards in the Philippines. We paid above the average accommodation price in Bantayan, expecting some comfort and a decent breakfast included. However, the included breakfast was ridiculous: three slices of the cheapest bread imaginable (they felt like Styrofoam), a bit of jam and butter, powdered juice or coffee, and a small slice of watermelon—almost like a carpaccio. The listed price for this is 220 PHP, which is outrageous. One day, instead of watermelon, they gave us a banana, and instead of three slices of bread, they reduced it to two 🤣. This is not enough even for a child, let alone an adult. It’s simply laughable. You’ll end up paying for extras to have a decent breakfast. And if you’re unlucky, as I was one day, depending on the waitress, you might get watered-down coffee instead of real coffee. The room was fine—small but equipped with a fridge, clean, which was a plus, but the bathroom had serious issues. There were leaks, and every time we showered, it turned into a mini bathtub with water pooling everywhere. Another major disappointment was the payment system. They display a sign saying they accept cards, but in reality, they don’t, which is misleading and inconvenient. The food offered at the restobar is good, but even if you’re staying there for four days, you’re required to pay for breakfast and meals on the spot, which feels unwelcoming. Adding to the discomfort, a person who I believe to be the hotel owner frequently parked their car next to the restaurant and left the engine running for over half an hour. This caused the entire dining area to be filled with the smell of gasoline, making it unpleasant to enjoy breakfast or dinner in the space. The staff, including the security guard at the entrance, receptionists, and other employees, were friendly. However, I firmly believe that the price we paid doesn’t match the quality of service provided. You can find much better breakfasts for the same price outside the hotel.
