Small Hotel

It's a wonderful hotel. The location is very convenient and easy to get to. It's also connected to the mall, which is very convenient. The rooms are quite nice and modern. The breakfast is good, but you have to order it the night before, which is a bit of a drag. The staff are the best part, they're super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. There are a couple of oddities, such as the shower (at least in my room) tends to pool water and cause flooding if you use strong pressure, so you have to turn the pressure down to avoid that. The TV in the room doesn't really work, there's no cable and it's not a smart TV, so no steaming apps and you can't cast to it. Overall, I had a pretty great stay and would stay again.

We stayed at the SMALL HOTEL in Vinnytsia for work reasons — we were very satisfied! We would especially like to note the excellent communication with Kateryna and Tatyana (Hostess) - they were incredibly attentive and helped with important points for us. They told me where the charging stations for electric cars are: there is both a regular and a fast charging station — this is a real find for owners of electric cars! They also told me where to exchange currency, and in general approached the situation with great trust and understanding: even if it was not possible to pay immediately, it was possible to do it in the morning - this is rare and very valuable. I was also pleased that you can stay in the hotel with animals - at least with a cat or a dog! The breakfasts were delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, the staff was polite. The only thing that was a little surprising was the contrast shower in the morning, which was not very pleasant. But in general, the impressions remained very positive. Everything is exactly as described in the hotel! Nice reception staff, clean rooms, snow-white towels and bed linen, delicious breakfasts! Stayed with a cat, no problems! Very pleased that breakfasts are served until 11)))) Also one of the advantages is that the hotel is located in the mall, so all the shops, pharmacies, cafes are right there without leaving the building:) The area is good, there are places to walk:)
