Small Luxury Hotel Altstadt Vienna

One of the best and finest hotels I have ever stayed at. It truly feels like a second home. The neighborhood is vibrant and gives you a real sense of Vienna's local community.

Unquestionably the best part of every exquisite day that I enjoyed over a week of celebrating a rather big birthday in Vienna - was coming home to the hotel ! I've travelled extensively for work and stayed at brilliant places but this place gets under your skin, it lets you breathe and feel whole - there is something about it for sure ! First time for me in Vienna and I get what the friends were talking about, especially about the hotel. Everything is flawless, attention to detail is magnificent and the characterful suites are the great retreat for the night. Impossible to believe but it is true - perfection exists !

I don’t really understand the « luxury » aspect. The room was not great, drainage not good in the shower and sewage smell. Also rooms are super noisy you can hear all the steps from the person above and housekeeping in the halls early morning. The breakfast was pretty standard and I found a black strand of hair on the white tablecloth. Booking website said transportation from airport is complimentary which was not true. I honestly think you can get something better given the price!
