The hotel is in the perfect location, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we return to Zurich. The only minor "complaint" is that the View wasn't open as late as advertised. I recommend going early to enjoy it.
If you're heading to Zurich and want something a little special than your typical hotel stay, the Ambassador Hotel is a total win. It's super close to Lake Zurich (like, take-your-coffee-for-a-lakeside-stroll close) and has this adorable boutique vibe. Each floor has its own theme, which is such a fun touch—we stayed on the French-inspired fourth floor, and it felt like a cozy Parisian escape. Our room was spacious, comfy, and had a huge window that let in tons of natural light. Loved waking up to that! The whole place just feels thoughtful and charming without being over the top. Highly recommend if you’re into design, comfort, and prime location all rolled into one.
Our stay at this hotel was mostly wonderful! The room was impeccably clean, and the interior design was absolutely stunning. We especially loved the comfortable bed, which made for a relaxing experience. However, the AC wasn't working correctly, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Despite this issue, everything else was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay.
