A real magical art-nouveau jewel in the centre of Puebla. Impeccacle taste & style! Every detail matches. A real gem! There is also great italian restaurant in an old book store just 50 m from hotel called "Libereria Ghandi"
Almost perfect except the WiFi is very weak in the room.
I am very unsatisfied with my room and nothing was done to address my complaints. There is no window or ventilation in the room which would be illegal in Canada. The room smells of mold. I am extremely disappointed and would never pick this hotel. The employee refused to move us to another room. Don’t stay here. Our issues were resolved the following day and we stayed our last 3 nights on the upper floor in a gorgeous room with beautiful decor, linen and products. The upper floor rooms are completely different so make sure you stay there. We got great service after our issues were dealt with.
