The highlight of the stay was tha animation team, Zelal, Ibrahim and Jelly. They made the stay so enjoyable and welcoming. Always coming to have a chat and see how you are. Daytime activities started during our stay so that was good entertainment even if not participating. The hotel was nice, a lot of stairs to the rooms as no lifts but the views are totally worth it when you get there. Our room was upgraded to a sea view on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Rooms cleaned everyday apart from when asked not to. Some people were not happy with the food but we always found something to eat and the snack bar always doing chips and chicken nuggets in the afternoon. We would definitely come back and stay again at this hotel. We felt safe in the area also which was an added bonus.
The hotel is very clean. Good food. Lovely staff and the entertainment team are very friendly. Would happily stay again. ⭐️
Hotel absolutely rubbish. Everything was broken. No smoke alarms,no phones in the room. Bed and shower broken.beding was dirty ,only few staff speaks English. No entertainment Food was 2 point of 10. We eating only soup and chips. Hotel doesn't have beach .
